Request to all attendees of the "2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE Way] IN JAPAN" Tokyo performance

To ensure that all attendees can enjoy the "2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE Way] IN JAPAN," please observe the following:

[Entry procedure]
① Please make sure to register for AnyPASS and issue your ticket in advance, and then come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
② Your digital ticket will be checked at the entrance. Please present your QR code to the staff.
③After scanning the QR code, tap the performance displayed under "Upcoming Events" to display seating information.

[About arrival time and entrance gate]
At the "2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE Way] IN JAPAN", congestion is expected to occur at the venue's merchandise area and entrance one hour before the start of the show.
Depending on how busy the venue is during opening hours, the line to the entrance gate may become long and it may take time to enter, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance to begin. The entrance is expected to be particularly busy 30 minutes or so before the start of the performance, so please give yourself plenty of time and arrive early.
Please note that the entrance gate and seat number will be displayed on the AnyPASS of the purchaser and accompanying person from around 3:00 p.m. five days before each performance, so please check and come to the gate that is displayed.

Also, for customers who plan to purchase goods at the venue, we would like to ask for your cooperation in arriving at the venue earlier than the opening time, as this will enable you to enter smoothly if you arrive earlier than the opening time.
All attendees will be guided through the same entry procedure, so please understand that we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for those who arrive just before the start of a performance and are unable to make it in time for the start of the performance.

[For people with disabilities]
If you would like to watch in a special space for the disabled, please inform the relevant department of each performance after receiving your electronic ticket (AnyPASS).
For those who contact us in advance, we will confirm with you at the venue on the day and then guide you. Please note that advance notification is for the purpose of securing space and is not a reservation.
Please note that there is a limited amount of space available for people with disabilities at the venue, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

●You will be guided to the designated areas at each venue.
Please note that we cannot accommodate your request.
●Please note that after confirmation at the venue on the day, you may be asked to watch the show from your own seat.
Regarding accompanying caregivers, please understand that we will only allow one person to accompany you on the tour and this is limited to those who would find it inconvenient if they were not accompanied by a caregiver on a regular basis.
However, the accompanying caregiver must already have a ticket.
Also, due to space limitations, you may be required to sit side-by-side with wheelchair users.
●We do not have wheelchairs available for rental, so please bring your own.
●If you have a Physical Disability Certificate (Type 1) or Rehabilitation Certificate (Type 1), we recommend that you bring it with you on the day as this will allow us to provide you with smooth guidance as before.

[About penlights that can be brought in]
◇◇Request for use of "OFFICIAL FANLIGHT"◇◇
The OFFICIAL FANLIGHT for each NCT unit is a "wireless control light" that allows you to wirelessly control the light within the venue. You can enjoy the lighting effects that are integrated into the venue.
All OFFICIAL FANLIGHTs from each NCT group will be available for use at the Tokyo concert.

Therefore, for production reasons, the use of any lights other than those listed below will be prohibited at the "2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE Way] IN JAPAN" LIVE venue.

<Old model>
・NCT OFFICIAL FANLIGHT
・WayV OFFICIAL FANLIGHT
<New model>
・ NCT 127 OFFICIAL FANLIGHT
・ NCT DREAM OFFICIAL FANLIGHT
・WayV OFFICIAL FANLIGHT ver.2 (This product will be sold at the venue.)
・NCT WISH OFFICIAL FANLIGHT

*"OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" was renewed in spring 2024.
For this concert, the old type FANLIGHT will also be compatible with "wireless control", so you can use both the old and new types of penlights.
Please note that for performances held after this one, it may not be possible to bring in old-type FANLIGHT depending on whether or not the "wireless control" settings can be implemented.
* You can bring in the light sticks that were sold at past NCT Japan performances, but for the sake of the performance of "2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE Way] IN JAPAN", please use the lights in the off state. Please note that you will not be able to enjoy the remote control function in the performance.

FANLIGHTHow to replace the battery

*When the batteries run out, the penlight will not emit bright colors. We ask for your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance that the OFFICIAL FANLIGHT lights up normally.
* Dry batteries are sold separately for both EC sales and at the venue. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the event (we recommend preparing new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
※OFFICIAL FANLIGHT For defective products or inquiries, please contact the merchandise sales booth..

[About bringing support goods to the tour venue]
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, they may be brought into the venue only if they meet the following conditions:
(1) Official merchandise sold at WayV's live venues in Japan and at their Korean concerts
(2) A fan that can be held in the hand at chest height (fans that are too large are prohibited)

*Please refrain from holding cheering goods above chest height during the performance as this will cause inconvenience to customers behind you.
In addition, bringing in support goods using images of artists other than those listed in (1) is prohibited.

On the day of the performance, if you bring in any goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, staff will keep them when you enter and return them to you after the performance.
Please use any items you are allowed to bring into the venue as long as they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.

In addition, there are people who have produced, sold, and distributed goods using the "WayV" logo or images of artists without permission. These are not official goods, but illegal goods that infringe copyrights. Some people mistake these for official goods, so please refrain from producing, selling, distributing, or purchasing them.

[About photographing, recording, and filming]
It is prohibited by law to take photographs, audio or video recordings inside the venue during opening hours or during a performance. If you take photographs, audio or video recordings, you will be asked to leave even if the performance is still in progress. In addition, we may disclose personal information if we receive a formal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or police station in accordance with the law.
If you see someone violating the rules nearby, please notify a member of staff immediately. Please note that it may be difficult to respond if you inform staff after the show has ended.
Please follow the instructions of the staff. The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any confusion or accidents that occur as a result of not following the instructions. Camera checks will be conducted at the entrance on the day of the event. If you have a camera, please hand it over to the staff when you enter.
Additionally, there have been some unscrupulous vendors selling illegally taken photos outside the venue and around train stations. These products are illegal and do not have official permission, so we ask fans not to purchase them. As the organizers, we are taking measures such as reporting these to the police, but as long as there are people who purchase these products, we cannot completely prevent illegal activity, so we ask for your cooperation.

[Regarding customer-specific support projects]
We have seen cases where customers are calling for their own planning within the event.
Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances as it may disrupt the performance.
Please note that if the situation is extremely severe, the performance may be temporarily suspended or canceled.

*Please note that if the above precautions are not followed, the organizers may, at their discretion, ask you to leave the venue or prohibit you from entering the venue.

[Prohibition of following and waiting for performers]
- Prohibition of chasing others by public transport, car or motorbike
Chasing members' cars etc. may result in accidents involving other customers. It is also very nuisance, so please refrain from doing so.

・Do not wait at public transport or facilities (airports, hotels, etc.)
Waiting for the members at public transport facilities such as airports or hotels or at various facilities may result in accidents involving general customers who are not related to the members. This is also a major inconvenience, so please refrain from doing so.

The attitude of each and every participant will contribute to the success of the live performance.
We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.
