Except for the autograph session with all members, recording, filming, or taking photos with any equipment, including cameras and smartphones, is prohibited. If such actions are taken, the recorded content will be deleted and you will be asked to leave the premises. Please be aware of this in advance.
Regarding photography at the autograph session with all members, photography is not permitted using any equipment other than SLR cameras and smartphones.
- The group photo with all members will be taken by a staff member using an instant camera. Taking photos with smartphones, SLR cameras, or other equipment is not permitted. Also, please note that we will not retake or re-photograph the photo under any circumstances, except in the case of film malfunction.
Please note that requests for illustrations or messages cannot be made at the group autograph session or the individual member autograph session.
・This event is free of charge, but participants will be responsible for their own transportation costs to the venue.
Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses if the event ends late. Also, please understand that we cannot refund the product price if you are unable to attend.
Please follow the instructions and precautions given by the staff on the day of the event. Failure to follow instructions may result in being denied participation.
If any inappropriate behavior occurs during the event, such as abusive language, insulting remarks, mockery, rude demands, political statements, or any other incident that staff deem necessary to stop the event, your winning entry will be immediately invalidated, and you may be asked to leave. Please be aware that filming may take place on the day of the event.

The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables yourself.
Please take your trash home with you after the event.
• Staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you. Please apply only if you understand and accept this.
・With the safety of our customers and artists as our top priority, we may conduct baggage checks and temporary baggage storage for security reasons.
We will have security personnel stationed throughout the venue to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely. However, if you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a nearby security guard.
We will not be held responsible for any problems or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the winners.
Avex Styles Inc. and Avex Music Creative Inc. will not be involved in any disputes between customers regarding winning rights or prizes.

[Prohibited matters]
If a winner engages in any of the prohibited actions listed below, SM Entertainment Co., Ltd., Avex Styles Inc., and Avex Music Creative Inc. may cancel the event, and the winner agrees not to object to the organizer's decision. If a winner violates the prohibited actions listed below, or if the organizer determines that the winner is otherwise unsuitable to participate in the event, they may refuse participation in the event and future applications.
