Not only do these actions cause inconvenience to the general public, but they also threaten the safety of artists and staff and may lead to unexpected injuries or trouble for fans themselves.
Additionally, there have been many instances of people intentionally boarding the same public transportation as artists, such as the Shinkansen or airplane, or remaining in airport lobbies, near security checkpoints, or in front of boarding gates, thereby obstructing the passage of artists and other passengers.
If this situation continues, artists will be unable to use public transportation or public facilities.
As there is a risk that restrictions may be placed on our activities, we will continue to prohibit any activities such as waiting for or following us at public facilities.

*About the autograph session
We have recently seen a large number of people making excessive requests of members.
The NCT WISH autograph session is open to all participants and will be an event where you can receive an autograph on a card prepared at the event with your name on it.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for illustrations or messages under any circumstances.
Please note that if you are making excessive demands, staff may contact you and ask you to leave.
※Regarding waiting outside the building
Please refrain from waiting outside at event venues, on the street, at train stations, airports, in front of shops, and at public facilities where such behavior may cause inconvenience to the general public or facilities, as well as following, ambushing, or stalking members' vehicles. Not only do these actions cause inconvenience to the general public, but they also threaten the safety of artists and staff and may lead to unexpected injuries or trouble for fans themselves.
Additionally, there have been many instances of people intentionally boarding the same public transportation as artists, such as the Shinkansen or airplane, or remaining in airport lobbies, near security checkpoints, or in front of boarding gates, thereby obstructing the passage of artists and other passengers.
If this situation continues, artists will be unable to use public transportation or public facilities.
As there is a risk that restrictions may be placed on our activities, we will continue to prohibit any activities such as waiting for or following us at public facilities.
To prevent recurrence, strict action will be taken against anyone who commits prohibited acts.
All NCT WISH staff will continue to work hard to ensure that all participants have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
