※ご入力いただいた個人情報は、ご当選者様の本人確認及び当選メールに使用いたします。

*Once the campaign ends, your data will be promptly destroyed in a form that cannot be restored.

*Once you have completed entering the information, you will receive a confirmation email for your application. If you have set up your email address to reject emails or to receive emails from specific domains, please make sure that you are able to receive emails from "@google.com".

*Please be sure to keep the application completion confirmation email and do not discard it.

*We cannot resend the application completion confirmation email.

*Even if you do not receive an application completion email, your application is complete when the application completion screen is displayed.

*Please note that we cannot respond to requests for application completion emails that do not arrive.

*Please note that we cannot confirm or change the contents of your application after it has been completed.

※イベント当日は、ご本人様の顔写真付き身分証明書をご持参いただき、ご本人様確認をさせていただきます。認証にご利用いただける身分証明書に関しては下部の【当日 集合の際にご持参いただくもの (必須)】をご確認ください。

※身分証明書をご提示いただけない場合や指定されている身分証以外の場合、イベントにご参加いただくことはできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

 

【当日 集合の際にご持参いただくもの (必須)】

(1)ご当選メール

(2)ご当選者ご本人の顔写真付き身分証明書 (以下1～8のいずれかに限ります)

※必ず上記2点を忘れずにご持参ください。どちらかを忘れた場合ご入場いただくことはできません。

＜顔写真付き身分証明書＞

(1) パスポート

(2) 運転免許証

(3) 顔写真付き住民基本台帳カード

(4) 身体障害者手帳

(5) 在留カード (外国人登録証)

(6) 顔写真付きクレジットカード

(7) 顔写真付きマイナンバーカード (個人番号カード)

(8) 顔写真付き学生証

※全てコピー及び期限切れは不可、身分証明書の実物のみが有効となります。

※ご準備いただけない場合は、当選されていてもご参加できません。

※上記「顔写真付き身分証明書」をお持ちでない場合、保険証や住民票、マイナンバーカード(個人番号カード)の通知カードなど、お名前が確認できるものを2点お持ちください。

※顔写真なしの身分証明書は、注文者情報および身分証記載の内容を確認させていただき、ご本人様と判断ができない場合は、参加をお断りさせていただく場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
