For everyone attending NCT's Ten's first nationwide solo live tour, "2025 TEN JAPAN TOUR 1001 'TIME WARP'", we would like to provide information on how to pair and update the firmware for the OFFICIAL FANLIGHT that you can bring with you.

Before attending this performance, please be sure to update your "OFFICIAL FANLIGHT" firmware to the latest version by following the instructions below.
*If you have already updated to the latest firmware, no update is necessary.
*To update the firmware, you will need to download the official SMTOWN app.

*Due to poor signal strength and Bluetooth interference, it can be extremely difficult to update in crowded places such as concert venues. If you own an OFFICIAL FANLIGHT device, please download the SMTOWN official app in advance on the day of the concert and be sure to update it before arriving at the venue.

◇◇Request for use of "OFFICIAL FANLIGHT"◇◇
The OFFICIAL FANLIGHT of each NCT group is a "wireless control light" that can be controlled wirelessly within the venue. You can enjoy a lighting show that is integrated into the venue.
All OFFICIAL FANLIGHTs from each NCT group can be used at this performance.
Therefore, for the sake of the performance, the use of any lights other than those listed below will be prohibited at the 2025 TEN JAPAN TOUR 1001 'TIME WARP' LIVE venue.

Please note that for this performance, the old type of OFFICIAL FANLIGHT is also compatible with "wireless control," so you can use both the old and new types of OFFICIAL FANLIGHT.
Please note that for performances held after this one, it may not be possible to bring in the old type of FANLIGHT depending on whether or not the "wireless control" setting can be implemented.

*When the batteries run out, the OFFICIAL FANLIGHT colors will not appear beautifully. We ask for your cooperation in changing the batteries.
After replacing the battery, please turn on the power and check in advance that the OFFICIAL FANLIGHT lights up properly.
* Batteries are sold separately for both online and at-venue sales. Please be sure to prepare them before coming to the event (we recommend bringing new or spare batteries rather than used batteries).
